In the church setting a question that is considered by new comers is, “Where do I fit in?”

A puzzle once all the pieces are put together shows us the big picture or in our case the vision. How do I and my family fit into the vision? There is nothing more frustrating then to put the puzzle together and find a piece is missing. We certainly don’t want you to be that missing piece. Our two-year old granddaughter is learning that to put a puzzle together she has to turn each piece into alignment so it fits with the other pieces. We, too, at times need to align ourselves so we fit into God’s vision for the Body of Christ. We get connected and we make connections.

At Gates of Praise...

It is the desire of this leadership to help you navigate your way in getting connected at Gates of Praise.

We realize it is not easy to find your way in a new setting. Here are some points that will help.

• Get Connected with the family in our Celebration Services where we come to praise and give thanks, and where we experience the passion, power, and presence of our loving Heavenly Father.
• Get Connected through Coffee Connections-a time right after the Sunday morning service in the fellowship hall where our staff or ministry team can get better acquainted with you and pray for you and your family for any specific needs.
• Get Connected through Cells (small groups) in a warm friendly atmosphere where relationships are built, the Word is studied, the lost are reached, and ministry takes place.
• Get Connected through Encounter Weekends where you are set free from your past and released to your future.
• Get Connected through the School of Leaders where you start your Journey, find the Rock, stay the Course, and reach the Summit. These are discipleship courses that will help you stand strong in your finances, relationships, work place, and as a citizen of the Kingdom of God. You will also receive training to become a successful cell leader.
• Get Connected through the School of the Spirit where you understand the authority you have as a believer. You learn to prophesy, minister healing to the sick, and set the captives free, and much more.
  
• Get connected with the community through our outreach ministries. Letting His presence be known and community needs being met.
  
• Get connected to global missions by prayer and financial support or even going on a mission’s trip to experience another culture.
